TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. To supply and Install the products as detailed in this contract or offer a suitable alternative  to meet the customer’s satisfaction.
  2. To Provide Copies of all documents to the customer – contract – variation forms. – The customer may obtain copies at any time by calling Tele: 0191 4178394
  3. To endeavour to undertake any amendments to the contract that the customer may require.
  4. To accept any notification of cancellation, after your statutory rights have expired, as long as this notification has been received in writing to Hot Tubs and Spas Northeast Limited. 7 Elswick Road. Armstrong Industrial Estate. Washington. Tyne & Wear. NE37 1LH.
  5. The Company will refund any deposit paid, although cancellation rights may occur charges on the following basis:

Your statutory cancellation period is Seven days from signing this contract.

  1. To warrant our products subject to normal wear & tear in accordance with the warranty period for your specific hot tub model
  2. To provide and excellent level of service. If at any time you feel that this is not the case please contact our showroom whereby we will attend to the matter.

What we expect from you…

  1. To pay the balance due on this contract 7 days prior to installation to secure the above terms.

You have 7 days after you sign the contact during which you may cancel the contract subject to a 20% administration fee. This is known as “cancellation period” If you would like to cancel the contract you should fill in this form and return it to the company at the address given below
